Current Role:
Yoshiki Nishimura is a well rounded L&D (Learning & Development) practitioner with extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
She also has invaluable HR experience with small/mid sized marketing organizations  where her common sense and practical can-do attitude enable her to achieve success on a constant basis.
From on-boarding and orientation for new graduates through to Train the Trainer facilitation for people leaders and management, Yoshiki is the go-to person for all kinds of situations that need a deft hand and in-depth experience to develop your people.
Yoshiki’s college education was in the US and early work life commenced there with some major Japanese organizations in the USA.

Corporate HR Experience:
Development and delivery of a wide range of Corporate training programs ranging from newcomers to seasoned veterans in management.
In particular training and facilitation of corporate training programs for all staff levels.  Train the Trainer programs for management and on-boarding and orientation program development for new graduates.
Works closely with Management and supports and interacts well across all levels of the organization to explore employee needs through internal communication and employee engagement, so as to contribute to high scores for employee opinion surveys and a greater employee retention ratio.
Yoshiki is also capable of HR generalist work and has experience with Talent Acquisition as well.

Industry Experience:
Experience across a number of different industries and dealing with both large and small organizations, both domestic and foreign affiliated in Japan, the United States and China, has given her an excellent ability and understanding of the potential issues at hand when consulting for clients.
This capability enables her to go into a new situation, quickly assess it, execute on what she observes and thorough close communication with clients, achieve an outcome which meets the client’s requirements all done in a timely and smooth manner.
Extensive industry experience gained while employed at organizations such as Nissho Iwai American Corp., Wacoal America Inc., Grand Hyatt Tokyo and Grand Hyatt Beijing as well as a TV Production company and a small domestic Tech Start-Up.
